Welcome to Laura Neasmith Equestrian
I am a BHSAI and UKCC Level 2 qualified coach based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, with many years’ experience as a freelance riding instructor for all ages and abilities. I take a lot of pride in helping clients build a partnership with their horse, and develop a relationship to last a lifetime.
I have a lifelong passion for horses and starting riding at a very young age. My career began at Newnham Equestrian Centre, where I gained my BHSAI certification, and spent a number of years as a riding instructor, providing individual and group lessons. After this, I was employed as head girl at a private stud and event yard, where I was involved in stud work, breaking and schooling youngsters as well as grooming at high level shows. I also worked as head girl at a show jumping and hunting yard for an Olympic show jumper, where I gained invaluable experience in the saddle.
I have since been a freelance riding instructor, providing personalised lessons to both children and adults of all abilities. I enjoy helping people further develop their skills, enabling clients to bring the best out in their horse, and love watching partnerships develop. I offer schooling services to help develop your horses skills and abilities, and also provide equine services such as clipping, trimming and show preparation.
